Hawaii’s Most Wanted we feature a man who’s wanted on three $20,000 warrants for not following the terms of HOPE probation.
Honolulu Police are looking for Joseph Johnson, who’s also known as Joshua Jorgesen.
“In one of his cases, on Feb. 1 2009, loss prevention at Navy Exchange observed him place several bottles of alcohol into his backpack, exit the store without paying,” said Kim Buffett, Crimestoppers.

He was later identified and arrested. A year later, he ran into trouble again for promoting drugs and using drug paraphernalia.
