Lifeguards around the state were kept busy as large south shore surf rolled in Saturday.
On Oahu, lifeguards helped rescue 27 people along the south shore and assisted 74 others by late Saturday afternoon.
More than a dozen people were also rescued at Sandy Beach, and nearly two dozen people needed help around Portlock and in an area known as China Walls.
A high surf advisory remains in effect for south facing shores until 6:00 a.m. Sunday.
Waves are expected in the 6 to 10 foot face range.
