“On November 24, 2011, undercover officers were conducting operations at Makapuu lookout, due to numerous complaints of thefts from autos. the officers were parked in the area and observed a Toyota highlander pull into the parking lot with two males. The males were known to the officers because of previous encounters for thefts. The highlander pulled up next to a parked Nissan. The passenger got out, approached the Nissan and was observed leaning over into the driver’s side and removing items,” Honolulu Police Department sergeant Kim Buffett.
Serikawa was arrested for breaking into a car.
He was also arrested for that same crime in February 2011 and for drugs in October 2010.
He’s now wanted for three $20,000 dollar warrants for not complying with the terms of Hope probation.
Peter Serikawa is 34 years-old, 5’8″186 pounds.
“He does have 10 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Windward area. And he does have “trust no one” tattooed across his neck,” Sgt. Buffett said.
