Father’s Day is coming up and if you’re still looking for a gift — be cautious while you search for some online deals.

“Some things include parachuting, rafting, windsailing those type of adventures and packages,” Hawaii Better Business Bureau Timothy Caminos said.

The Hawaii BBB says there are always risks when buying online, and they’re offering these tips.

“When you’re buying an adventure pack for someone make sure that the times are flexible so you can work with your father’s schedule,” Caminos said. “Make sure that the package is fully refundable just in case your father can’t do it for some reason.”

Caminos says these packages are available any time of the year, but they “always pops up when there’s special holidays or events where people would buy these type of packages.”

“When you’re shopping online there’s always a risk of sometimes being taken so we do always recommend that people one check with the BBB check references with a friend to see if anyone else has taken the package,” Caminos said.
