An Ewa Beach man faces up to 20 years in prison if he is convicted for promoting prostitution.
Isaiah Black, 28, was indicted Tuesday on three counts of promoting prostitution in the first-degree.
This is the first indictment since legislation passed to upgrade the charge to a class A felony.
Promotion of prostitution in the first degree alleges that a person forced, threatened, or intimidated a person into engaging in prostitution or that a person made a profit from it.
Bail for Isaiah Black is set at $100,000.
