Ian Jones has had an on again, off again relationship with Hawaii.

Born in the islands, Jones did most of his growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He returned to set a mark for relief pitching appearances as an arm for the University of Hawaii from 1998 to 2000.

Back to the mainland he went, founding Top Recruit, a youth player development company. This summer, Jones is bringing Top Recruit to the 50th state for the first time, hosting an advanced youth baseball camp in August.

The camp, for ages 7 through 12, runs from August 23 to the 25 at Central Oahu Regional Park.
