A second man involved in a gas station scheme was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Akop Changryan was part of an elaborate scheme to steal identities of hundreds of people.
He was also ordered to pay restitution.
Officials say Changryan and Vardan Kargrummaunnie rigged gas pumps at several gas stations with skimming devices, which captured credit card information without the victims ever knowing.
Their scheme resulted in $160,000 lost to identity theft, affecting nearly 200 victims.
Earlier this month, Kargrummaunnie was sentenced to 20 years in prison and was ordered to pay restitution.
