MJF Developer, Franco Mola wanted to build a high-rise on 803 Waimanu Street.
Last Friday, The Hawaii Community Development Authority says Mola withdrew his application with intention of resubmitting.
On Wednesday, July 3 the HCDA recommended that the application be denied to build the high-rise.
The HCDA gave Mola 12 days to respond with exceptions and written argument, but instead Mola withdrew his application.
So, for now, 803 Waimanu Street project is not going to be built.
The next HCDA meeting is scheduled for August 7.
