Dozens celebrate the 36th Annual Prince Lot Festival

PRINCE LOT FESTIVAL

Hawaii’s oldest and largest non-competitive hula festival was held Saturday.

It’s the 36th Annual Prince Lot Festival hosted by the Moanalua Gardens Foundation.

Along with hula, the event also featured poi pounding workshops, a traditional arts and crafts fair, local food, and entertainment.

The festival is held every year in July in honor of Prince Lot Kapuaiwa who reigned as King Kamehameha V.
