Hawaiian Electric Company crews responded to a power outage in the Waialua area on Friday.
A HECO spokesperson said the outage is caused by a brush fire in the area near Kaukonahua Road and Hukilau Loop.
There were 7,000 customers without power, but HECO was able to reroute the power.
That left 2,100 customers without power.
Crews restored power to all customers by 5:30 p.m.
The Honolulu Fire Department reports three acres were burned.
It happened around 4:45 p.m and was under control about an hour later.
No structures were threatened.
The cause of the fire is undetermined.
