A teenager was arrested Friday morning on suspicion of robbing a credit union and mini mart.
The suspect was caught in Waipahu near the scene of the alleged robberies.
Honolulu police say the teen allegedly robbed the Matanuska Valley Credit Union on Farrington Highway at around 9:30 a.m.
A half hour later, he allegedly robbed the Roadrunner Mini Mart also located on Farrington Highway.
Police sources tell KHON2 the suspect used a BB gun in both cases.
Robbery charges are pending.
