Police arrest teen after bus driver injured in shooting

Honolulu police have made an arrest following Wednesday’s bus shootings.

According to police, a 17-year-old male was arrested at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the Honolulu area.

On Wednesday night, four buses were shot at by what’s believed to be a pellet gun in the Liliha area.

One of the drivers was injured by shattered glass.

No other drivers or passengers were hurt.

Damage to the buses, estimated at $1,600, have already been repaired.
