An Oahu Community Correctional Center inmate is back in custody after he failed to return from a work furlough program Friday night.
According to the Department of Public Safety, 35-year-old Bronson Gouveia was supposed to return by 8:30 p.m.
He turned himself in at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
Gouveia’s record includes assault, robbery, weapons possession, and drug charges.
The DPS says Gouveia will be charged with second-degree escape.
