A second workforce housing tower could soon go up in Kakaako.
If approved, it would add another 410 units including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Prices would range from $360,000 to $692,000.
The first tower, which began construction Aug. 1, has 635 units. Together, the two towers would provide 1,045 condominium units for middle-income families.
The HCDA will schedule public hearings for the second building.
