The Honolulu Police Department says it will not pursue any criminal charges after a boy fell out of a fifth-floor window.
The 3-year-old boy landed 20 feet below the window on a cement ledge at the Atkinson Plaza Wednesday afternoon.
Two men climbed up and stayed with the boy until police arrived.
Surveillance video shows the child getting into the elevator by himself.
He had apparently wandered off from his aunty, who was supposed to be watching him.
The boy remains in the hospital.
