Relief is on the way for drivers who have been in the dark on the H-3 freeway.
The state Department of Transportation says the lights on the H-3 will be fixed by the end of next month.
The lights have been out since April after 14,000 feet of copper wiring was stolen from the freeway.
It’s been affecting a three-mile stretch between the Halawa interchange and the tunnels.
It will cost $30,000 to fix the lights.
