An Aiea woman accused of holding a knife to her 3-year-old daughter’s throat has been found not guilty.
On Aug. 29, a jury found Stephanie Pena not guilty of first-degree terroristic threatening and abuse of a household member.
Honolulu police say Pena got into an argument with her husband. She then allegedly held the knife to the child’s neck until her husband gave in to what she wanted.
The child was not hurt.
