A Kaneohe man who admitted to a Ponzi scheme that bilked investors out of more than $1 million is going to prison.
On Thursday, a judge sentenced Jason Pascua to four years in prison and five years probation. He was also ordered to pay more than $1 million in restitution.
Pascua pleaded guilty in federal court in March.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation says 31 investors lost more than $1.5 million.
