Maui police have arrested a man in connection with last week’s bank robbery in Lahaina.
Police say on Sept. 12, a Caucasian male walked into Territorial Savings Bank, went up to a teller, then left without saying a word.
About 20 minutes later, the same Caucasian male returned and placed a note on the counter. The teller then opened a drawer and took out an undisclosed amount of cash.
The man then fled on foot and headed towards Papalaua Street.
On Monday, police arrested and charged 22-year-old Turner Terry with second-degree robbery.
His bail has been set at $50,000.
