Hawaii’s average price for regular gasoline remained mostly unchanged except for price declines in Honolulu which pushed down the state average compared to a week ago, according to the AAA Hawaii Weekend Gas Watch.
The Hawaii state average for regular unleaded is $4.30 per gallon, three cents less than last week, four cents less than last month and 11 cents less than a year ago.
Honolulu’s average price dipped to $4.19 a gallon for regular unleaded – four cents less than last week, four cents less than last month and 17 cents less from a year ago.
In Hilo, the average gas price is $4.29 per gallon, the same price as last week, also the same price as last month and 14 cents less than this time a year ago.
Wailuku’s average is $4.53 a gallon, unchanged from last week, two cents below last month and seven cents more than the price last year.
