After 30 years in business, the Toys N’ Joys stores on Waialae Avenue and in Aiea closed Monday night.
“I used to hang out a lot here during high school. I just wanted to check it out before they closed. I used to buy my games here and just chill,” Makiki resident Dustin Louie said.
“People are going to have to stick to ordering stuff on the internet now. That or waiting for Kawai Kon. Maybe you can get some of the stuff there, but I haven’t been,” Nuuanu resident Liam Bissen said.
The store is known for selling a variety of toys, video games, and other products.
