Hawaii’s Most Wanted: Michael Weigle

UPDATE:   Michael Weigle was arrested Feb. 10.  in the Ala Moana area.

 

On Hawaii’s most wanted, we feature a man who’s wanted on a warrant in connection with a drug case.

Honolulu police are looking for Michael Weigle.

“On October 22nd, 2013 at about 8:15pm, officers driving on Mccully observe a vehicle run the red light at Mccully and Ala Wai, conducts a traffic stop. As they approach the vehicle they notice the male appears to be incoherent. They ask him for his paperwork, which he’s unable to provide. Crimestoppers Sgt. Kim Buffett said.

Police found drugs and drug paraphernalia in Weigle’s car, and they arrested him for that, plus a traffic warrant.

He’s now wanted on a $50,000 warrant for not showing up to court for this case last month.

Michael Weigle is 36 years old, 5-11 and 200 pounds.

Weigle has 11 prior convictions, and he’s known to frequent the Honolulu area.
