Crews are keeping a close eye on a hillside along Diamond Head Road.
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon when a retaining wall came crashing down.
Crews worked for hours to stabilize part of the hillside. They hauled away five truck loads of debris that fell onto the road.
No one was injured and no cars were damaged.
The road was reopened at about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.
