For the second year in a row, Honolulu has been named the second worst city in the country when it comes to traffic.

According to online traffic tracker Inrix, the average driver in Honolulu spent a total 60 hours sitting in traffic last year. That’s up 18 percent from the year before.

The city with the worst traffic was Los Angeles, with drivers wasting about 64 hours in gridlock. San Francisco, Austin and New York City round out the top five.

Inrix also named the most congested road in Honolulu: a seven-mile stretch of the H-1 Freeway between Aolele St. and Moanalua Rd.
