Honolulu Police Department Capt. Andrew Lum answers this week’s questions.

Question: Are there any fines for parking in the electric-car marked parking stalls when the car isn’t an electric car?

Answer: The fine can be fined anywhere between $50 and $100.

A non-electric vehicle driver, parked in a stall that is designated and reserved for electric vehicles,can be cited.
