Governor Neil Abercrombie has pulled another lawmaker from the house floor to fill a post in his administration.
Representative Jessica Wooley will now serve as the state’s director of environmental control.
If she’s approved by the state senate, the governor will then appoint someone to fill her place in the house.
Since he took office, the governor has appointed 10 people to house and senate seats.
Four times, those appointments were because the lawmaker joined his administration.
The rest were for retirements or lawmakers leaving for higher office.
