Students to rally at the State Capitol for air-conditioning upgrades in classrooms

Hawaii State Capitol

Students and teachers from James Campbell High School will be ralling at the state Capitol Thursday.

They’re demanding air conditioning for Hawaii’s schools.

The kids and faculty say they can’t concentrate when they’re stuck in sweltering classrooms.

They’re urging lawmakers to support legislation to put $25 million towards air-conditioning upgrades.
