Pali Momi Medical Center is unveiling a new interactive experience at Pearlridge Center this weekend to help educate the community on health and wellness.
The Pali Momi Wellness Station will be unveiled to the public on Saturday, March 15, in Pearlridge Center Uptown, on the second level fronting Sephora. An opening celebration will take place from 10 a.m. to noon.
The Wellness Station is a hands-on health education experience for keiki and adults that provides information about fitness, nutrition, heart attack prevention, CPR and stroke detection. Interactive tablets will be loaded with applications that offer tips for monitoring and improving personal well-being. There will also a tech bar where shoppers can charge their electronic devices.
The station will also provide route maps for Steps to Health, two new walking routes (one-quarter mile and one-third mile) around Pearlridge Center.
