Sales for units in the second tower at 801 South St. will begin Saturday, March 15.
Developer Downtown Capital LLC is building the 45-story condominium as a “workforce housing project” and will offer 410 fee simple units to owner-occupant buyers.
Prices for one- and two-bedroom units range from $352,000-$555,000 and three-bedroom units range from $617,000-$699,000.
Downtown Capital says when units for the project’s first tower went on sale, more than 6,000 applications were distributed to prospective owner occupants and 600-plus units sold out with the lottery.
Sales will begin at 10 a.m. in the sales trailer located off Alakawa St. across from Costco Iwilei, makai of Dillingham Blvd. in the parking lot of the former Sprint building next to the Costco gas station.
The actual development is located next to the former Honolulu Advertiser building. The first tower is already under construction.
