Honolulu firefighters, lifeguards, and paramedics pulled a swimmer from Spitting Cave this afternoon.

The man has died.

Witnesses say the man had trouble getting out of the water just before 5:00 p.m.

Lifeguards pulled him out of the water and began CPR until an ambulance arrived to take him to Queens Medical Center.
