Here is your chance to get rid of unused or expired prescription drugs.

The DEA and local law enforcement officials encourage the public to take part in the nationwide prescription drug take-back program on Saturday, Apr. 26.

The Secure and Responsible Drug Disposal Act of 2010 allows DEA to allow the general public to deliver unused pharmaceuticals to the appropriate entities for disposal in a safe and effective manner.

There will be several disposal sites on Oahu, the Big Island, Kauai and Maui.
