A Waikiki traffic light was spotted dangling precariously from its post Monday.

The light is located at the intersection of Ala Moana Blvd. and Ena Rd., next to Hilton Hawaiian Village.

The city says ongoing wind and rain were likely to blame.

According to a city official, the traffic lights are made of plastic and weigh about 16 lbs.

Staff repaired the light at 9 a.m.
