Hawaii’s Most Wanted: Pea Howard

Honolulu police are looking for Pea Howard.

“On July 28. 2010 at about 1:30 p.m., the victim and his friends were having lunch at the Costco in Hawaii Kai, when they were approached by two males. The male demanded the victim’s backpack and when the victim refused, he punched him in the face, knocked him to the ground and repeatedly kicked him, grabbed the backpack and fled to an awaiting car. The second male grabbed the victim’s cell phone while he was on the ground, and then yelled Pea, which gave us the suspect’s name.” Crimestoppers Sgt. Kim Buffett said.

Police arrested Pea Howard for robbery.

He was also arrested in March 2011 after police found two stolen credit cards in his pocket.

He’s now wanted on two $20,000 warrants in connection with those cases for not following the terms of HOPE probation.

Howard is 27 years old, 6’0 and 241 pounds.

“And he’s known to frequent the Kailua area.” Buffett said.
