A Hawaii-based shortbread cookie company is expanding its reach to the mainland.
Honolulu Cookie Company opens its first mainland store in the Grand Canal Shoppers at the Venetian on May 17.
The new Palazzo store features new products developed for the Vegas market, including cookies shaped like diamonds, hearts, spades, and clubs along with its classic, trademark pineapples.
With special deck of cards packaging and a freshly designed interior, using an organic design approach with natural materials and colors, the store captures both the spirit of Vegas and the upscale elegance of The Venetian.
Made from the original 1998 recipe developed by founders Keith and Janet Sung, the cookies’ unique flavors include Kona Coffee, Lilikoi, Pineapple, Mango, Coconut, Macadamia Nut, and more.
These individually wrapped treats are baked fresh in Honolulu every morning at 5 a.m. and then shipped to Las Vegas.
A second Las Vegas store is also scheduled to open in the near future.
