Sony Open veteran Saka advances in 106th Manoa Cup

The Hawaii State Amateur Match-Play Championship, the 106th Manoa Cup rolled on Wednesday at the Oahu Country Club, where among those advancing into Thursday’s round of 16 in the 4th longest running golf tournament in the country, was former University of Hawaii golfer and Sony Open veteran David Saka.

The Moanalua graduate eliminated 2012 Cup Champion, Iolani and Oregon alum, Matt Ma 4-up, earning a round three date with Nick Matsushima, who defeated Remington Hirano 2&1.
