There were some tense moments for passengers on board an Allegiant Airlines flight from Honolulu.

It was about 35-minutes into its flight to Los Angeles when it encountered an issue with its cabin pressure.

The plane was at 35,000 feet at the time but pilots had to bring the plane down to 10,000 feet.

The plane landed safely at Honolulu Airport.

The 204 passengers and eight crew were not hurt.

The flight was rescheduled for Tuesday with a replacement aircraft.

Passengers were given a $200 voucher.
