Prosecutors have declined to pursue murder charges against two men in connection with a man’s death in Moiliili over the weekend.
On Sunday, July 6, Honolulu police were called to a home on Metcalf St., where they found 30-year-old Timmy Chang-Wo Jr. unconscious.
First responders administered CPR and took him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police previously told KHON2 Chang-Wo had entered the home and threatened several people inside.
Two men were arrested, but later released pending investigation.
