A man accused of shooting two men outside a Pearl City night club back in 2011 is expected in court after being re-indicted on multiple charges.
Claude Custard, 35, was arrested Wednesday afternoon on two counts of attempted murder and three firearm charges.
In December of 2011, police say Custard got into an argument with people in a Pearl City bar, went to his truck and then drove back and shot at people.
One man was shot several times and was critically injured, but the case was dismissed because it took too long to go to trial.
Custard remains in police custody.
His bail set at $1 million.
