Big Island prosecutors have charged a man in an underwater altercation caught on video.
It happened in May off the Kona coast.
An activist against taking reef fish for the aquarium trade says she was taking video of an aquarium collector when he spotted her.
She says he approached her, hit her on the nose and ripped away her breathing device while they were 50 feet under water.
Prosecutors charged Jay Lovell with terroristic threatening.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 2.
