Two men wanted for attempted murder after fleeing in stolen vehicle

Crimestoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two males wanted for attempted murder in the first degree.

On August 12, 2014, at approximately 12 p.m., a police officer approached a parked stolen vehicle with two male occupants inside fronting the 7-Eleven Pearl City, located at 897 Kamehameha Highway.

Upon confronting the occupants, the driver reversed striking the officer, and then fled east bound on Kamehameha Highway.

Suspect 1:

The first suspect is described to be in his 30s, 5-foot-8 to 6 feet tall and 160-170 pounds with short dark hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt, blue denim shorts, a baseball cap and slippers.

Suspect 2:

The second suspect is described to be in his 30s, 6 to 6 feet 2 inches tall, between 180 and 200 pounds with long, wavy hair. He was wearing a dark colored T-shirt, dark shorts, slippers and sunglasses.
