PHOENIX (KPNX/CNN) – The California woman who boarded a flight without a ticket has been arrested again.
Now she’s saying she wanted to get arrested to tell her story in a rambling interview.
“Why has the government allowed me to get past security points until I forced the issue back in February and pretty much had to beg to be arrested,” Marilyn Hartman said.
Police took 62-year-old Hartman into custody Tuesday after they found her loitering near baggage claim in Phoenix.
This came just one week after she was given a warning when she tried to enter a secure area without a ticket.
CNN affiliate KPNX reports that she may be suffering from some type of mental disorder.
Police have requested a psychological evaluation.
