A woman convicted nearly a dozen times, didn’t show up in court on new charges, and now police are looking for her.
Her name is Lindsey Charlton.
“On April 30th, 2011 at about 1:43 p.m., a witness came home on Liula Place and observed a male and a female carrying a large flat screen TV out of his neighbor’s home. They were attempting to place it into the back of a green SUV. The male noticed that the witness was watching and put down the TV. They fled in the SUV, police were called and an APB was put out and the car was located on Kamehameha Highway,” Crimestoppers Sgt. Kim Buffett said.
Charlton was arrested for burglary, possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia and for having checks that were taken from the house.
She was also arrested for burglarizing a home in Maunawili last year.
She’s now wanted on two $50,000 warrants in connection with those cases for not showing up for trial call last month.
Lindsey Charlton is 27 years old, 5’6″ and 133 pounds.
“She has 11 prior convictions and is known to frequent the honolulu area,” Buffet said.
