An Oahu woman will be headed to court after a grand jury indicted her Thursday for the death of a Waianae man.
On Sept. 16, 2014 just after 12:45 a.m., police said 47-year-old Francine Marshall-Wun was driving a Nissan pickup when she hit 58-year-old Robert Kapololu Jr. on Farrington Highway in Waianae fronting the Taco Bell.
Police said she fled the scene of the accident and left Kapololu lying in the middle of the road. Marshall-Wun was later arrested in the area of the boat harbor.
The grand jury also indicted her for driving without a license.
