Hawaii’s Most Wanted: Lois Kim captured

UPDATE 11/1/2014: Lois Kim who was featured on KHON2 on Oct. 11 was taken into custody in Waikiki on Oct. 23 for two $11,000 warrants.

Honolulu police are looking for Lois Kim, who’s wanted on two warrants.

“November 17, 2013 at 7:55 p.m., a female was observed entering the Galleria in Waikiki,” said Crimestoppers Sgt. Kim Buffett. “She was a known person to the loss prevention officers. So they followed her and watched her in the store. And they observed her go to the Marc Jacobs area where she removed a man’s handbag and placed it over her shoulder, walked to the Coach area, selected a wallet, and placed it in her bag. She exited the store without making any payments and was detained outside and arrested for theft in the second degree.”

She was also arrested for drugs back in January.

“She’s now wanted on two $11,000 warrants in connection with those cases for violating the terms of her probation,” Buffett said.

Lois Kim is 35 years old, 5’7″ and 160 pounds.

“She’s known to frequent the Honolulu area,” Buffett said.
