Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii broke ground Friday on 400 Keawe, a new low-rise, mixed-use project in Kakaako.
The 1.52-acre, six-story development, located on the corner of Keawe and Auahi streets, will consist of 95 one- to three-bedroom condominium units and 10,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.
“We’ve found through the reservations of the first 47 units that most of our interested buyers are young Hawaii people looking to live in those homes,” said Harry Saunders, president and CEO, Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii
Units will range in size from 581 to 1,327 square feet and in price from the high $300,000s to high $700,000s.
Construction is expected to wrap up in December 2015.
Pre-sale applications are being accepted. Click here for more information.
