Board of Water Supply crews completed repairs of a broken 12-inch main at 24 Puiwa Road off Pali Highway in Nuuanu.
Crews fixed about 11-and-a-half feet of the damaged pipe.
Puiwa Road, between Pali Highway and Park Street, remains closed to traffic and motorists are advised to please use an alternate route until BWS restores the roadway.
The break was reported at about 7 a.m. Friday, initially affecting dozens of Nuuanu customers nearby, including Nuuanu Elementary School.
The BWS provided alternate water sources for the six remaining affected customers at a spigot on the fire hydrant at the corner of Pali Highway and Puiwa Road, and a water wagon at the St. Francis Hospice that is located on Puiwa Road.
Water service was restored to all by 8:30 p.m.
