Suspect sought in First Hawaiian Bank robbery in Chinatown

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to find a man who robbed the First Hawaiian Bank in Chinatown.

Authorities say the robbery occurred on Dec. 16, at approximately 12:15 p.m., at 2 N. King Street.

The man entered the bank, approached the teller, handed a demand note and fled on foot in an unknown direction.

He is described as being in his 40s, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 130 lbs with gray short hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a dark-colored short-sleeved T-shirt and jeans.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300, or *CRIME on your cellular phone.
