Honolulu police are asking for your help in finding a man found driving a car that was stolen in Kahuku.
HPD is on the search for Timothy Honeycutt.
“On February 2, 2012, at about 10 a.m., police dispatch put out an APB on a stolen Chevrolet four-door sedan that was taken from Kamehameha Highway and Pualalea Street,” said Crimstoppers Sgt. Kim Buffett. “Crime reduction officers in the area heard the APB and observed the vehicle traveling by Dole Plantation. They followed the vehicle and at about 10:27 a.m. stopped it near Kilani Avenue when the driver stopped at a red light.”
Honeycutt was arrested for driving a stolen car at the time, and now, he’s wanted on a $20,000 warrant in connection with that case for not following the terms of HOPE probation.
Timothy Honeycutt is 29 years old, 6 ft. and 148 lbs.
“He has no local address and has three prior convictions,” said Buffett.
