A reminder: Daylight saving time begins Sunday, March 8.
This means starting at 2 a.m., the East Coast will be six hours ahead of Hawaii and the West Coast three.
While we don’t observe daylight saving time in Hawaii, if you travel, call or web conference with people that do observe the time change, you need to remember that their clocks will be an additional hour ahead.
In addition to Hawaii, daylight saving time is not observed in Arizona (with the exception of the Navajo Indian Reservation), American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Daylight saving time ends Sunday, Nov. 1.
