The Junior League of Honolulu (JLH) hosts a new fundraiser, JLH-LUXE, which will feature a fashion show, special luncheon, hand silent auction with designer fashion, and luxury merchandise available. Fashion designs will showcase Anne Namba’s new Spring 2015 collection. This is the redesign of “Sacs in the City,” which was one of a popular event among Honolulu’s businesswomen and community volunteers.
The JLH will also announce $30,000 in grants awarded from its Community Investment Fund to local non-profits including My Story, volunteer development, and others whose funding proposals best aligned with the community impact priorities of JLH. The Junior League of Honolulu is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers
The event is on Saturday, March 14, from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. A table of 10 starts at $1,500 and individual tickets are $135.
